• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

Patients who take Tadalafil to treat their erectile dysfunction should not take it because it may increase the risk of serious side effects.
You should not take Tadalafil if you are already taking any other medicines, as some may have not been helpful for you.
Caution:This drug is not intended for use in women, children, or adolescents under 18 years old. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery until you know how it affects you. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
